Customer Service Administrator (12 month Maternity Cover)

Location : MMS Medical Headquarters, Little Island, Co. Cork

Salary : €26,000

MMS Medical is one of Ireland’s leading medical equipment suppliers. In areas such as mobility, rehabilitation, disabled access and community care products, MMS is Ireland’s largest supplier. We  are now looking for an enthusiastic Customer Service Administrator to join the team.

Based in state-of-the-art offices, you will have the chance to build on your existing skillset and make a positive contribution to our client’s customer service offering.

As a Customer Service Administrator, you will help to provide a high-quality service to customers.

In this fast-moving role, you will process customers’ orders, from initial contact through to purchasing and invoicing stage. You’ll respond to queries, ensure that any issues are resolved and provide quotations.

Additionally, you’ll perform a range of administrative tasks to support the smooth running of the office.

 

Interested? To be considered, you’ll need:

– Experience in a similar demanding customer services role

– Previous experience of dealing with trade customers and the general public

– A good level of IT literacy, including knowledge of Microsoft packages such as Word, Excel and Outlook

Knowledge of Exchequer Accounting software would be beneficial to your application.

 

As a Customer Service Administrator, you will be highly motivated and enthusiastic with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. You will also be adaptable with great multi-tasking and prioritisation abilities.

Accounts Administrator ( Accounts Payable) 

Location : MMS Medical Headquarters, Little Island, Co. Cork

Salary : €28,000

MMS Medical is one of Ireland’s leading medical equipment suppliers. In areas such as mobility, rehabilitation, disabled access and community care products, MMS is Ireland’s largest supplier. We  now are now looking for Accounts Administrator ( Accounts Payable)  to join the accounts team.

Based in state-of-the-art offices, you will have the chance to build on your existing skillset and work in a busy accounts department.

In this accounts role you will be responsible for posting incoming supplier invoices, processing creditor invoices and payments, checking the products, pricing and quantities on invoices and liaising with suppliers.

Additionally, you’ll perform a range of administrative tasks to support the smooth running of the accounts office.

Interested ? To be considered you will need to demonstrate experience in the following areas :

  • Preparing Payment Run
  • Entering Invoices & Payments on Accounts System.
  • Balancing accounts at month end and reconciling Supplier Statements.
  • Liaising with suppliers.
  • Petty Cash & Expenses
  • Intrastat Returns
  • Accounts Administration – filing correpondance, invoice filing, match dockets to incoming invoices.
